NurturePath is a UK tracking and information tool for breastfeeding parents navigating dairy-free and soya-free diets, particularly when cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA) is suspected or diagnosed. It helps you record feeds, sleep, stools, reflux, crying and your own food, and keep it all organised in one calm place.
NurturePath is not a medical device and does not diagnose CMPA, allergies or reflux, or provide medical advice. Always speak to your GP, health visitor or dietitian about your baby's health.
NurturePath is a personal tracking and information tool. It helps you record, organise and review your own information — your baby's feeds, sleep, stools and symptoms, and your own food — so you can see patterns over time and prepare a clear summary to discuss with your healthcare professional. It is built for UK parents and uses UK terminology throughout.
You can review your records over time and export a summary to share with your GP, health visitor or dietitian. Your data stays yours — export or delete it any time.
Scan a product barcode and NurturePath looks it up using data from Open Food Facts, an independent open-data project. It shows whether milk or soya ingredients were detected, or whether a "may contain" precautionary warning was found. Third-party data can be incomplete or outdated, so NurturePath always asks you to check the physical packaging yourself and mark your own verification. The app never tells you a food is medically safe.
